Bailey Bridge Closed For 1 Year
The Bailey Bridge will be closed from Monday 20th April 2009 and could be closed for up to one year. This is one of the main routes to get to XS Irvine. If you are coming from the Stevenston side or the Kilmarnock side, then this would most likely be the way you would get to XS.
The best alternative route you should use is to carry on down the Irvine bypass towards Ayr and take the next exit off and carry on right round the roundabout and take the third exit, take the third exit off the next roundabout then follow the road in towards Irvine. After Harry Fairbairn BMW take the first right, then first right again.
